High-protein, high-fiber, gluten-free vegan breakfast bowl built on super grains and lupini beans — delivering more than triple the protein of a bowl of oatmeal.

Ingredients

Base

  • ¾ cup cooked organic super grains (quinoa, millet, and buckwheat blend)
  • ½ cup cooked lupini beans
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax

Optional Toppings

  • Berries (antioxidants)
  • Pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, or walnuts (healthy fats)
  • Yogurt (creaminess + added protein)
  • Raisins, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, cocoa, or banana

Directions

  1. Cook the super grains and lupini beans according to package directions (or use pre-cooked).
  2. Combine the cooked grains, lupini beans, and ground flax in a bowl.
