Vegan High-Protein Chocolate Banana Bread
A rich, chocolatey, high-fiber, plant-powered banana bread with no oil, no refined sugar, and a boost of plant protein. Perfect as a breakfast slice, post-workout snack, or healthy dessert. Makes 8 servings.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 4 Tbsp flaxseed + 8 Tbsp water (flax eggs)
- ½ cup applesauce
- 1¼ cups oat flour
- 2 scoops Orgain vegan protein powder
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
Optional Add-Ins
- 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- Pinch of cinnamon or espresso powder (deepens chocolate flavor)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Make the flax egg: mix 4 Tbsp flaxseed with 8 Tbsp water. Let sit 5–10 minutes until thick.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Fold in any optional add-ins.
- Pour into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes.
