Sweet Potato Tortilla Wraps (2-Ingredient)

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked sweet potato, skin removed
- 1 cup flour of choice (whole-grain flour used here), plus extra for kneading
Directions
- Cook the sweet potato however you like (boiled works well).
- Add the sweet potato to a food processor (or mash well).
- Mix in the flour until a dough ball forms.
- Remove and knead on a floured surface, adding more flour as needed so it’s not sticky.
- Divide into 4–6 dough balls, depending on desired tortilla size.
- Roll out and cook on a nonstick pan over high heat, about 1 minute per side, until lightly browned.
Serving Tip
