Sweet Potato Tortilla Wraps (2-Ingredient)

Just sweet potato and flour make soft, warm, homemade tortillas that are naturally sweet, nourishing, and unbelievably easy — no preservatives, no weird ingredients, just real food. Makes 4–6 tortillas.

  • Only 2 ingredients
  • Fiber and slow carbs, naturally anti-inflammatory
  • Customizable with beans, tofu, or lentils for more protein

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato, skin removed
  • 1 cup flour of choice (whole-grain flour used here), plus extra for kneading

Directions

  1. Cook the sweet potato however you like (boiled works well).
  2. Add the sweet potato to a food processor (or mash well).
  3. Mix in the flour until a dough ball forms.
  4. Remove and knead on a floured surface, adding more flour as needed so it’s not sticky.
  5. Divide into 4–6 dough balls, depending on desired tortilla size.
  6. Roll out and cook on a nonstick pan over high heat, about 1 minute per side, until lightly browned.

Serving Tip

Fill with avocado, grated beets, chopped cucumber, broccoli greens, and cilantro lime dressing for a fresh, crunchy, detoxifying lunch. Macros will vary based on flour type and tortilla size.
