High-Protein High-Fiber Granola
Most granola is just sugar and oil — this one fuels you. No added sugar, low fat, and packed with protein and fiber to keep you full and your energy stable. Makes 8 servings.

Ingredients
- 3 cups oats (sprouted oats used here)
- 1 scoop whey protein (cinnamon roll flavor used here)
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 2 Tbsp flax meal
- ½ cup puffed quinoa
- 2–3 Tbsp monk fruit (or sugar or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup egg whites
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- In a large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients: oats, whey protein, collagen, flax meal, puffed quinoa, monk fruit, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the egg whites and vanilla, stirring until the dry ingredients are completely coated.
- Spread evenly on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 40–55 minutes, depending on your oven, until golden. Cool completely before serving — it will crisp up as it cools.
Serving Tip
Add-ins: walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, or chocolate chips.
